クルディテとは、にんじんやセロリなどの生野菜をスティック状に切り、ディップと一緒に前菜として提供する料理です。

「クルディテ」はフランス語由来の言葉で、パーティーやケータリングなどでよく使われます。調理した野菜ではなく、生野菜限定の言い方です。
