그을린탄

Definición

불이나 강한 열로 인해 겉면이 그을리거나 까맣게 탄 상태를 말합니다. 음식, 나무, 기타 물체에 사용됩니다.

주로 요리에서 일부러 또는 실수로 겉만 탄 경우에 사용합니다. 'charred remains', 'charred wood'와 같이 씁니다. 완전히 타버린 것은 아님을 주의하세요.

The toast was charred and black on the edges.
