'Breathe in' aparece bastante em instruções (medicina, yoga, relaxamento). Costuma vir com 'deeply', 'slowly' ou 'through your nose'. Geralmente forma par com 'breathe out' (exalar). 'Inhale' é mais formal ou técnico.
