বলরোলিং খেলায় যে কাঠের গুঁটিগুলো একসঙ্গে দাঁড় করানো হয় এবং যেগুলো বল ছুড়ে ফেলা হয়, সেগুলো বোলোস।

'বলিং পিন' বা 'বলিংয়ের গুঁটি' শব্দটি কেবল বলরোলিং খেলায় ব্যবহৃত হয়, শুধু গুঁটি-বল নয়।
