Definición

失語症是一種由於腦部損傷（常見於中風或創傷）導致說話、理解、閱讀或書寫語言困難的醫學狀況。

主要在醫學或專業領域使用，專指語言障礙，而非一般混亂。常見搭配有「患失語症」、「被診斷為失語症」。不要與「語言發展障礙」或「失用症」混淆。
