किसी बिंदु पर एक दूसरे को पार करना या मिलना। अक्सर रेखाओं, सड़कों या रास्तों के लिए प्रयोग होता है जो एक ही स्थान से गुजरते हैं।

'intersect' गणित या विज्ञान में प्रायः प्रयोग होता है (‘दो रेखाएँ आपस में intersect करती हैं’)। आम बातचीत में ‘cross’ अधिक सामान्य है। विचारों या पहलुओं के मेल के लिए भी हो सकता है।
