How to Delete Your Data

You can permanently delete your Paluup account and all associated data by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Paluup account
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account
4. Confirm by entering your password

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile (email, name, password)
• All vocabulary words and progress data
• All stories and chat conversations
• All uploaded images
• All settings and preferences

Can't Access Your Account?

If you signed in with Facebook or Google and can no longer access your account, contact us at support@paluup.com and we will delete your data within 30 days.
