頑固だったり、少しおバカな行動をする人を指す、親しい間で使うくだけた言い方です。昔ながらの表現でもあります。

主に親しい相手や友人同士で冗談っぽく使い、丁寧な場や初対面では避けてください。「ばか」よりも少し昔風の響き。
