法蘭克福香腸是細長的熟香腸，通常用牛肉或豬肉製成，常熱食並夾在麵包內。在美國也被稱為熱狗。

'Frankfurters' 可指香腸本身，也可表示熱狗。在美國多用 'hot dog'，'frankfurter' 有點正式或舊式。談到多根香腸時用複數。
