誰かや何かに対して好意的な気持ちや態度を持つこと。親切にしたり、協力的であったり、助けようとすること。

ややフォーマルな表現で、日常会話ではあまり使わない。たいてい「～に対して」とセットで使い、好意や協力的な態度を示すが、必ずしも具体的な協力ではない。
