যারা মানুষ মারা গেলে অন্ত্যেষ্টিক্রিয়া বা দাফন/দাহের সকল ব্যবস্থা করে থাকেন ও এই কাজে পেশাদার, তাদেরকে বলা হয় undertaker।

'Undertaker' শব্দটি সাধারণত খুব আনুষ্ঠানিক এবং কিছুটা পুরোনো। বর্তমান সময়ে 'funeral director' (final director) শব্দটি আরও প্রচলিত। শুধুমাত্র এই পেশার ব্যক্তিদের জন্য ব্যবহার হয়, অন্য অর্থে নয়।
