「Sun up」是指早上太陽升起的時刻，即白天的開始，也是「日出」的另一種說法。

「Sun up」比「sunrise」更口語，常在口頭語、鄉村或文學場合使用。常搭配「at sun up」。不要與「sunset」（日落）混淆。
