Olhou para algo ou alguém durante bastante tempo, muitas vezes demonstrando surpresa, interesse ou indelicadeza.

“Stared” é o passado de “stare” e pode indicar surpresa, interesse ou falta de educação ('stared at me'). Não usar com 'on'. Diferente de 'glanced' (pensa rápido) e 'gazed' (com admiração/afeição). Usa-se normalmente com 'at'.
