सतह पर हल्का जला हुआ, आमतौर पर केवल बाहर से और पूरी तरह नष्ट नहीं हुआ।

आम तौर पर सतह या किनारे का हल्का जलना (जैसे बाल, कागज या कपड़ा)। "जला हुआ" से कम गंभीर। बहुत ज़्यादा जली चीज़ों के लिए नहीं कहते।
