বাচ্চারা বা প্রাণীরা আনন্দ ও উৎসাহে মুক্তভাবে দৌড়ঝাঁপ বা খেলা করলে সেটাকে বোঝায়।

'Romping' সাধারণত বাচ্চা বা প্রাণীদের জন্য ব্যবহার হয়, মজা বা ছেলেমানুষিপূর্ণ চলাফেরা বোঝাতে। খেলাধুলার ক্ষেত্রে সহজ জয়ে 'romping to victory' বলা হয়। বড়দের ক্ষেত্রে কেবল মজা বা রূপক অর্থে ব্যবহার করুন।
