التعريف

接管是指在公司或财产出现财务困难或破产时，由外部指定的负责人来管理和控制的一种法律状态。

多用于商业与法律场合。常见说法有“进入接管状态”。区别于破产，接管是指公司由外部管理以保护债权人利益，企业可继续运营。
