用別針把東西別在布料或其他表面上；也可以指把責任或錯誤推到某人身上，通常是不公平地。

字面意思多用於徽章、花或便利貼。比喻時多與責任或指責搭配，如“pin the blame on”。屬於口語常用說法。請勿與“depend on”混淆。
