사람들이 여가 시간에 즐겁게 보내거나 휴식을 취하기 위해 하는 활동. 보통 취미나 오락을 의미함.

대개 복수형으로 사용하며 일반적인 취미나 여가 활동을 의미함. 'hobbies'와 거의 같은 뜻이지만 약간 더 격식 있음. 일상대화에서는 '취미'가 더 자주 쓰임.
