কোনো ঘটনা, দুর্ঘটনা বা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ঘটনার স্থানে কোনো ব্যক্তি উপস্থিত থাকলে বা নতুনভাবে কোনো দল বা কাজে যুক্ত হলে তাকে বোঝায়।
