かつて東アジア系の人やダウン症の人を指して使われていた、差別的で不適切な古い言葉です。現在は絶対に使うべきではありません。

この言葉は今では非常に差別的かつ時代遅れとされています。どんな場面でも絶対に使わず、「東アジア系」や「ダウン症の方」など適切な表現を使いましょう。
