물건이나 상품을 보통 차량이나 컨테이너 위에 실어서 옮기거나 운반하는 것.

‘트럭에 싣다’, ‘USB에 싣다’처럼 차량이나 장비에 사용할 때 쓴다. 사람에게는 쓰지 않으며 오로지 물건에만 사용. ‘~에 넣다’, ‘가득 채우다’ 와는 다르다.
