指避免工作或活動、喜歡無所事事或浪費時間的人。「Idlers」也可指那些閒逛、無所作為的人。

偏貶義，語氣較正式。常與“lazy”、“street”等詞搭配（如“街頭懶漢”）。不要與機械術語“惰輪”混淆。多用來指代一羣人。
