'get it in the neck'은 잘못에 대해 아주 심하게 혼나거나 비난받는 것을 의미합니다.

영국식 비격식·속어. 주로 상사나 권위자에게 심하게 혼날 때 사용. 실제로는 신체적 벌 아님. 한국어의 '호되게 혼나다'와 비슷함.
