건물이나 물건이 망가지거나 관리가 제대로 되지 않아 상태가 나쁜 것.

주로 건물, 기계, 시설 등 관리를 받지 않아 상태가 나빠졌을 때 쓰며, 사람이나 동물에는 쓰지 않습니다. 'fall into disrepair'는 점점 황폐해지거나 망가진다는 의미입니다.
