어떤 그룹, 팀, 명단 등에서 제외되거나 빠지는 것. 보통 어느 정도 참여한 후에 결정된다.

주로 스포츠, 팀, 오디션 등에서 사용된다. 처음부터 제외된 것이 아닌, 한 번 포함되었다가 나중에 제외되는 상황을 의미한다.
