التعريف

누군가가 잘못을 했을 때 매우 심하게 꾸짖거나, 비난하거나, 처벌하는 것을 말한다.

주로 상사, 부모, 교사 등 권위자가 누군가를 '호되게' 혼낼 때 쓰임. 'come down hard on'과 같은 의미로 활용됨.
