التعريف

পরিধি হলো কোনো বৃত্ত অথবা বাঁকানো আকৃতির পুরো বাইরের অংশ ঘিরে কতোটা দৈর্ঘ্য তা বোঝায়।

প্রধানত গণিত ও বিজ্ঞানে ব্যবহৃত হয়; কেবল বৃত্ত বা বাঁকা আকৃতির বাইরের অংশ বোঝাতে ব্যবহার করুন। 'পরিধি নির্ণয় করুন' বা 'বৃত্তের পরিধি' প্রায়ই ব্যবহৃত হয়। সোজা দিকের বহুভুজের জন্য 'পরিমাপ' (perimeter) ব্যবহার করুন।
