التعريف

定款や規約は、団体や組織が自分たちの運営のために決めるルールで、会議の運営や選挙、メンバーの責任などを定めます。

「定款」は会社やクラブなどの団体に使われる正式な表現で、通常は複数の規則を指します。「法律」とは異なります。
