Builder 指建造建築、房屋或其他結構的人或公司。可以是實際施工的工人，也可以是負責組織建設的公司。

既可指個人，也可指企業。在英式英文中常指工人，在美式英文中也可指建築公司。常與 'house builder' 一起使用，與 'architect' （建築師）不同。
