두 개의 렌즈가 달려 있어 멀리 있는 것을 양쪽 눈으로 더 잘 볼 수 있게 해주는 기구입니다.

항상 복수형으로 쓰이지만, 한국어에서는 보통 단수로 '쌍안경'이라고 표현합니다. 새 관찰, 스포츠 관람, 하이킹 등에 자주 사용되며, '망원경'(한쪽 눈용)과는 다릅니다.
