التعريف

공식적이거나 법률 문서에서 앞서 언급된 사람이나 사물을 다시 지칭할 때 사용되는 표현입니다.

매우 공식적이고 법적 문서에만 주로 쓰이며, 일상 대화에는 거의 사용하지 않습니다. ‘the aforesaid’ 다음에 명사를 붙여 사용합니다.

The aforesaid contract will take effect on July 1st.
